I don’t know about you but Christmas is in about one week and I already feel like a “fat goose” *cry* And because, I'm spending Christmas this year at home I haven’t subscripted this month for the gym. So what to do? I have used YouTube and found some useful workout videos. Hope you find them as useful as I do.

Do you have any other useful advices for how to loose or at
least maintain your weight during the Christmas/ New Years Period (without
neglecting all the yummy food)?!
