I know that January isn’t a very fun month as almost
everyone I know is on diet or busy with going to the gym >.< I am not
saying that this is not a good attitude by devoting more time to your body and
health. However, please stick to it and not just for January in order to “get
rid of” all the calories that we have consumed during the festival seasons in
the last couple of weeks… anyway, eating healthy and doing regular
exercises are important! However, it is also good to know what we should eat
in order to keep our body DETOX from all the unhealthy food :/ the picture
below describes it pretty well:
Not only do these keep our body “clean” they also make us happier :)
