I haven’t been blogging for while due to many personal reasons. Once I've found the time I’ll try to backdate as many entries as I can (please be patience with me).
What did I do this week-end? Not much. I’ve renewed my membership for the gym – and yeah – to try to lose some weight – but more important to stay healthy. Having a typical office job – I spend most of my weekday time with sitting >.< Therefore, I’m planning to go to the gym regularly.
Moreover, I’ve started to pay even more attention to what I eat (to keep it à la five-a-day). I’m not a big fruit eater fan to be honest – that’s why as you can see from the picture – I try to make the food more colourful :)
