Music Monday #17

Hello Lovelies,

Three more days to go and we reach May. April has been a great month so far – involving lots of travelling – around UK & Europe. Trying out new things (beauty/ fashion/ food-wise etc.), I can go on ‘n’ on – maybe in another post... :)

My song choice for today is Young and Beautiful by Lana Del Rey. Hello Lovelies,

Hope everyone had a fantastic week-end behind. Next Monday will be already Easter Monday. How fast the time flies. February felt like “eternity” whereas March, April goes super fast (& I already know May will be the same).

Today’s song pick is very old but I still love it – Hope you too!! Maybe influenced by too many zumba classes visit *lol* La Bamba by Ritchie Valens 

Have you seen the movie of the same title, which portraits the singer’s life? I haven’t but it’s on my “must-see list” :)

Music Monday #14

This is my first post for this month Can’t believe that I’m behind blogging (again). I need to keep up (either with scheduled posts or back-dated post) as otherwise my blog will look pretty empty for this month… In about 9 days I will be on holiday!! However, with limited access to the internet…

Anyway, today’s song choice goes to As Long As You Love Me by the Backstreet Boys – long long time (back to primary school time). One of my friends went to see their concert last week-end, which suddenly brought me back childhood memories.

Music Monday #11

Happy St. Patrick’s Day Everyone


Hope week-end was nice & good. For me it went too fast (again). Week-ends should be 5 days, and the business weeks should be 2 days!!
 
I am sure ppl would be more productive if the business days are shorten down *hehe*
I feel like I have been neglecting my blog recently again – there are actually so many things that I want to document… it feels for me recently that I should “rename” my blog to Music Monday *lol* at least this post keeps me blogging each week once. I’ll post this week a new post (but not sure – if it will be back-dated or not…). I truly admire all those bloggers, who are able to keep their blog always up-to-date, besides, being a full-time student/ employee & having a social life etc.

Anyway, today’s Music Monday will be an Irish band… Gosh, there are so many to choose from…

However, this week’s choice goes to Breathless by The Corrs (it’s been a very long time since I heard it last time). So go on, go on · Come on and leave me breathless… Enjoy!

Music Monday #10

Hello Lovelies,
 

Can’t believe this is my 10^th post for Music Monday – time is definitely flying. How was everybody’s week-end? I'm super tired. Lack of sleep… week-end was too short but had lots of fun. Tried few new places to eat (post will follow soon) and booked today my flight ticket back home during the Easter holidays.

I have to say that airplane ticket prices have strongly risen in the last (few) years!!! It started with £180+ (two yearish ago) now I’m paying £280+ for the same airline (unless I’m crazy enough to choose inhuman flying hours like 6am in the morning *lol*). 

What is your favourite airline? And how many days/ weeks/ months in advance do you normally book your flight tickets? Do you see a huge price difference between buying weeks & months in advance?

Music Monday #9

Hello Lovelies,

 

Another new week has started – A new week in a new month. Last night was the Oscars!! I can’t believe that I totally forgot it until I heard the news this morning.

Were you happy with the results? I just can’t believe. Some just deserve to win – I know they are already international BIG superstars (with millions of $$$ in their bank account) but without ever win an Oscar? I feel sorry for… Is like selling zillions of albums/ records but never win a Grammy?

An award is not just a “collection” but it’s a lifetime recognition for ones hard work and achievement!! It’s not a big secret that the judges in the Oscar committee are “private” and “exclusive” but still… Were you happy with the results? Who was your favourite?

Anyway, my actual Music Monday song choice for this week will be postpone till next… cos I have decided to share this year’s Oscar winning song with you. Do you like? Have you seen the animated movie yet? Let it go – Let it go – You will never see me cry
